Facility Summary

Roppongi Hills Mori Tower (Offices)

The symbol of Roppongi Hills, Roppongi Hills Mori Tower, a 54-floor high-rise office building, stands 238 meters above the ground.
Each standard floor from the 7th to the 48th floor has a total of 4,500 m2 of office space offered for lease. On a scale among the largest in Japan, the building has the highest level of specifications developed to provide a pleasant, comfortable environment.

Mori Arts Center

The Mori Arts Center is a complex of facilities such as a museum, an observatory, a members-only club, and an academy.

Rising up above the highest spot on Roppongi Hills, Roppongi Hills Mori Tower symbolizes the role of the community as the “cultural heart of the city”. This is where the shape of the future is being created, where new ideas are constantly being sent out into the world.

Mori Art Museum

The Mori Art Museum is located on the 53rd floor, the highest floor of Roppongi Hills Mori Tower. With a focus on modern art, the museum offers scintillating exhibitions of various art genres, including fashion, architecture, design, and photography.

Art shouldn’t be separate from our daily life or considered to be the province of specialists. With this underlying philosophy, the Mori Art Museum exists to serve as a vibrant, driving force in urban life.

Mori Arts Center Gallery

Located on the same level as the 52nd-floor Observatory, the Gallery has an area of approximately 1,000 m2.

The Mori Arts Center Gallery presents a wide variety of high-quality exhibits, from traveling exhibitions of precious works from art museums around the world to manga and anime, motion pictures, fashion, and design.

Tokyo City View (Observatory)

Tokyo City View is an observatory located on the 52nd floor of Mori Tower, 250 meters above sea level. Its atrium, which is over 11 meters high, is enclosed in a 360-degree glass shield that affords visitors panoramic views of the ever-changing Tokyo scene.
In addition, on the roof of Mori Tower is the skydeck, an open-air observation area 270 meters above sea level, which makes it the highest observatory in the Kanto district.

Roppongi Academy Hills

Academy Hills is located on the 49th floor of Mori Tower. This is an absolutely new type of urban facility, functioning as a spot where people are inspired and encourage one another to create new value as they encounter knowledge from all over the world.

The Club has 7 restaurants and 2 bars designed by international interior design leader Conran and Partners. Centered on the 43-floor Twin Towers, the Roppongi Hills Residences consist of 4 towers and a total of 793 residential units.

A cinema complex with much-talked-about facilities of the highest quality in Japan, Toho Cinemas Roppongi Hills has 9 screens and a total of about 2,100 theater seats. TV Asahi

TV Asahi’s building, which faces Mohri Garden, has all glass sides, which gives a feeling of integration with nature. The facilities are creative spaces that transcend the framework of a TV station where programs are produced.

Mohri Garden

Mohri Garden, a magnificent park 4,300 m2 in area, has a pond in the center. This is a place to enjoy nature, where visitors can listen to the sounds of a waterfall, stream, or river, or see the cherry, ginkgo biloba, and other trees planted here. The trees and other plants in the garden put visitors in touch with the changes of the seasons. This is indeed a place to experience an excursion in a traditional Japanese garden.

The old garden at this site was not open to the public before the area was redeveloped. After the restoration, preservation, and redevelopment work, anyone can freely enjoy exploring it.
